  1.
The account opening forms to be downloaded is in PDF format, you can download the documents by clicking here if your computer does not have Adobe Reader.
  2. Please complete all information as requested in the documents.
  3. Please sign at the relevant place(s).
  4. For personal/joint account, please provide the following supporting documents:
  Personal Identification Document (e.g. a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or a valid passport)
  A copy of personal address proof from the recent 3 months (e.g. utilities bill, bank statement or income tax statement)
  5. For corporate account, please provide the following supporting documents.
  Copy of Certificate of Incorporation ( certified true copy )*
  Copy of current Business Registration Certificate ( certified true copy )*
  Memorandum and Articles of Association ( certified true copy )*
  Hong Kong identity card or passport of each of the the Directors, guarantors and persons authorized to operate the account
  Address proof from the recent 3 months of the Directors, guarantors and authorized persons.
(e.g. utilities bill, bank statement or income tax statement )
  Board minutes approving opening of account and authorized persons
  Latest  Financial Statement
  Latest  Annual Return ( certified true copy )*
  Register of Directors ( certified true copy )*
  Register of Members, ( certified true copy )*
  * Certified true copy — copy of documents certified by Directors, Public Notary, Lawyer, Certified Accountant of the Branch Manager in licensed bank.
  6. Please send the documents duly signed by hand or by post to our Customer Services Department at 23/F – 24/F, Emperor Group Centre, 288 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

If you send the account opening documents by post, please enclose you personal cheque in the sum not less than HK$10,000.00 made payable to “Emperor Securities Limited” or “Emperor Futures Limited”, as the case may be.  Your  cheque should be issued by a Hong Kong registered bank bearing your name identical to your identity documents and your signature identical to the signature shown on the Client Agreement or you can arrange our licensed representative or a professional such as lawyer or accountant, etc to witness or verify your signature. The witnessing (or verifying) professional should also provide his/her relevant professional qualification proof.
  Note : The account opening procedure will take one to two working days.  Once approved, you will be assigned an account number.  Online/electronic trading account client will also receive a password by separate mail, a sealed password envelop or via email for login-in on the trading platform
    After receiving client's account opening form, we will call the client to confirm his / her identity and the application of account opening.
